Mold Damaging Walls in a Fort Collins Rental

This vacant rental unit in Fort Collins was significantly stained and damaged by mold patches. The relative humidity built up since the place was not ventilated properly while it was vacant for several months. The walls were scraped free of the fungi and hyphae, biocides were sprayed on the affected areas, and the following day a skim coat of plaster smoothed over the drywall.
